Since a part of my job is helping our clients to encourage their life insurance applicants to make health a priority, I try to also practice “what I preach” and stay active. I believe exercise keeps both my body and mind healthy

How do I get my 150 minutes?

Yoga, weightlifting and running are my favorite forms of exercising. To keep me motivated, #MyPlaylist includes great, high-energy mixes from POSH DJ podcasts. These are updated weekly so it helps make my workouts different every week. I look forward to something new each week
