Onsite Wellness Events

Our network of 10,000+ mobile providers set up, staff and manage screening events on any scale. Whether it’s one single event or multiple events across many locations, we provide participants with consistent and positive experiences.

Patient Service Centers

Participants can schedule appointments or choose to walk into any one of our 2,200 Patient Service Centers nationwide to complete their wellness screenings. For added convenience, Saturday hours are offered at most locations.

Physician Results Forms

For screening participants who have recently completed lab work or may not have easy access to an onsite event or Patient Service Center, a Physician Results Form option can also be made available.
